Our newest addition to Ritrovo’s line of dry stuffed pastas, this one is straight out of pastificio Allemandi’s home region, Piemonte.
You will smell the rich truffle flavor even before you pop these petite ravioli into boiling water to cook.
They are an elegant first course for holiday and Sunday dinners, or use for your next potluck or appetizer buffet, to wow your table companions.
We recommend a simple condiment on these such as butter or La Bella DOP Ligurian olive oil, Ritrovo Selections Truffle & Salt & Cheese, and a touch of grated parmesan or castelmagno cheese.
Ingredients: DRY PASTA: egg pasta (durum wheat semolina, eggs, FILLING [breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt), ricotta cheese (milk, whey, salt), sunflower oil, natural and artificial flavorings, porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis), spices.]
