A new bronze-die extruded pasta line from Alemandi of Piedmont is made with durum wheat and certified Aqua di Piemonte mountain water. The mountains surrounding Piemonte are known as a pristine source of water and add to the flavor and quality of this pasta. The label features a renowned landmark in Torino, the Mole Antonelliana, serving to further highlight the regionality of this line. Trecce is a spiral shape from Gragnano, made in the design of little braids. It pairs perfectly with pesto or sausage ragu.
