The mountains surrounding Piemonte are known as a pristine source of water and add to the flavor and quality of this pasta. The label features a renowned landmark in Torino, the Mole Antonelliana, serving to further highlight the regionality of this line. Trofie is traditional pasta shape from Liguria that pairs perfectly with pesto and other fresh sauces.
