Good White Balsamic

Really enjoyed this product. First bought it from Sur La Table. They arent carrying it at our location. I ordered directly and the balsamic seems less sweet or fruity. I wonder if I bought a different product? Still good but if someone can answer this question…..

Hi TB, Thanks for reaching out, yes I am pretty sure this is the same product you purchased at Sur La Table as they have carried both the white and red Sophia balsamics. Because this is a completely natural product much like ine it can vary from batch to batch dendning on the grape harvest. Modern methods allow the producer to craft a pretty controlled product but since we don't add any flavorings to the product you will get different results from year to year.

Wonderful product

Ive been ordering this wonderful vinegar for awhile now. Usually at least 4 at a time as I don’t want to run out. Use is as would any vinegar but its so good we also use it just out of the bottle as a healthy salad dressing
