Light and flavorful

I tried the green mediterranean herb and apricot balsamic vinegars. Both were delicious and versatile. I use them in salads and on buratta cheese. I will definitely be re-ordering.

Excellent addition!

I have been a huge fan of the apple and citrus Ritrovo balsamic vinegars so I was anxious to try this new one. I love it! I made some wholewheat pasta with grilled vegetables, sprinkled some herb balsamic and freshly grated cheese on it, poured a glass on wine and went to heaven. All of these vinegars are intensely flavored and thick; you don't need a lot which makes them a really good value.
