Four stars!!

I have used flavored balsamic vinegars for years but decided to splurge on VR Organic Citrus. Turned out to not be a splurge at all. The VR vinegar is so intense, so thick, I use so much less of it and still get so much more. It is fantastic on any kind of fish or vegetables. Try it once and you will be hooked forever. (I also love the apple although I find the citrus has more uses)

Love This Stuff!

I really didn't know what to expect. Normally, I don't like any "flavored" oils, vinegars, etc. This vinegar is great on salad - olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper is all you need for a wonderful salad. I am looking forward to more creative uses in the future. Oh wait, I did use some of this in a chicken stock reduction sauce for an Italian inspired chicken dish and that was fantastic too.
