Organic Fruit Balsamic sets from VR Aceti

Our producer in Modena VR Aceti developed these unique balsamic vinegars using new flavors with traditional methods.  VR balsamics have simple ingredients including fruit juice and wine vinegar, contain no added sugars, and are organic certified.

VR Aceti fruit balsamics are made by replacing the red grape must with natural organic fruit
juice. The combination of white grape must and fruit juice are then aged tp produce a unique fruit forward “balsamic style” vinegar with the natural sweetness and the density of traditional dark balsamics.

Fruit balsamics have a wide range of uses in dressings, marinades as a condiment or use as you would a shrub.
