Green Beans with Sardinian Cracker Crumble
Serve this crunchy topping over grilled haricot verts, asparagus, or other roasted vegetables.
- 2 tablespoons Giuseppe Fois Grand Reserve Sardinian EVOO
- 2-4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 4 Pane Cherchi Carasau Sardinian Parchment Crakers, classic flavor, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- Place Giuseppe Fois Grand Reserve Sardinian EVOO in a skillet set over medium heat. Add the garlic. Crumble the Cherchi Carasau Sardinian Parchment Crakers between fingers, add to the pan and stir until coated with garlic and oil and heated through.
- Stir in parsley and serve over roasted haricot verts or asparagus. Sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese if desired.
