Green Beans with Sardinian Cracker Crumble

Product Description

Serve this crunchy topping over grilled haricot verts, asparagus, or other roasted vegetables.

  1. Place Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a skillet set over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic. Crumble the Parchment Crackers between fingers, add to the pan, and stir until coated with garlic and oil and heated through.
  3. Stir in parsley and serve over roasted haricot verts or asparagus.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese if desired.
