Green Beans with Sardinian Cracker Crumble
Serve this crunchy topping over grilled haricot verts, asparagus, or other roasted vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons Giuseppe Fois Sardinian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2-4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 4 Pane Cherchi Carasau Sardinian Parchment Crackers, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Place Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a skillet set over medium heat.
- Add the garlic. Crumble the Parchment Crackers between fingers, add to the pan, and stir until coated with garlic and oil and heated through.
- Stir in parsley and serve over roasted haricot verts or asparagus.
- Sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese if desired.
