Dr. Pescia Wildflower Honey with Pollen & Royal Jelly

I'm kind of obsessed with honey and I make a point of trying every kind I can find. Dr. Pescia's honeys are on the top of my list for best in the world that I have tried, and this wildflower honey with royal jelly is one of all-time favs. The color of this honey announces it as something special, as it has a kind of intense glow to it, and the only way I can describe it is that the flavor has a kind of intense glow to it as well. It is an intense, sweet but balanced honey with earthy umami undertones. It has a wonderful thick texture with a kind of jelly-like quality, probably from the royal jelly and pollen, which add a very unique dimension to the flavor profile. I love this honey on toast or with yogurt in the morning because it give you an extra enegery boost. It's also great with cheese.
