Squid Ink Tagliolini

This squid ink tagliolini is absolutely scrumptious! The cooking directions are spot on for perfect al dente pasta. We made it as garlic scampi and couldn't have asked for a better dinner. Even left-overs heated up wonderfully. Pair with a Sangiovese and you have a perfect meal. Compi!
