Bought a small jar of this as part of a set…We can’t get enough of this one (& the Truffle Salt, too!)! It is transformative on roasted potatoes & veggies, and the perfect touch on homemade Crostini, regardless of what they’re paired with. I grind it to fine texture for the crostini (which makes it go farther, too).

This herb and salt combination add delicious flavor to countless dishes! The two things that surprised me the most were when I added it to my savory tart crust and my herb Dutch Oven bread! Added tons of flavor!
