I cannot be without this!

When I get this, I take one half and blitz it in the spice mill and put it in a jar with a perforated top. I sprinkle it all over pork - chips, ribs, roast, simply everything. The other half I leave whole and use as a finishing salt on the cooked pork, whatever the cut. It makes everything I use it on more delicious.
