Artichokes worth waiting for!

If you love good (stemmed) artichokes AND good olive oil, these are superb! And the (many) jars that I ordered were packaged with great care, worthy off these carefully trimmed and preserved treasures. Many thanks!

Insearch of the best

Love these artichoke hearts, now shipped halved for easier handling. I lightly sauteed them and wrap in a fine prosciutto. Delicious. Hope Ritrovo sticks with olive oil, so many others have gone to sunflower oil. Just not as good.
