ADI Apicoltura Caramiele - Honey & Hazelnut Spread

Oh boy. Certainly in this class the most delicious honey I have ever tasted. Nothing I know of out classes it. Had it on a breakfast round this morning with my coffee. Just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of hazelnut. That's two breakfast rounds and two cups of coffee with my spouse and already paid for itself as opposed to going to my local barista.

We used the Honey & Hazelnut Spread in the recipe for the Italian Honey Dessert: Caramiele Apple Tart. It was delicious. A perfect complement. The only adjustment we made was to the crust…we added toasted hazelnuts, ground in with the flour. The staff at Ritrovo …is very responsive when asked I asked a couple of different questions.
