Ritrovo is proud to present for the first time in many years, Novello olive oil from award winning Accademia Olearia. Made with local Bosana and Semidana olives fresh from the Sardinian groves, this olive oil was pressed less than a month ago.

Limited and special. Novello olive oil is a once a year opportunity to taste oil fresh from the press, unfiltered like fresh-squeezed olives. This type of oil is thick, like an olive “gravy” and is a flavor on its own for dipping, on bruschetta, bean purees, and for pinzimonio.
