Fifty years ago, in a small mountain village in the heart of Tuscany, Leonardo bought an oven and begain producing bread, cakes, and various biscotto and cantucci. Leonardo followed three simple rules: to use traditional recipes, to use pure ingredients, and to follow his intuitions in order to give these products that extra something. Due to his committment to quality, Leonardo's little shop became famous in the region as people from far and wide to purchase bread, cookies, sweets, and especially his famous cantucci. To this day, Leonardo's cantucci stand out as a paragon of Tuscany's tradional artisanal products and Ritrovo is excited to be able to offer these wonderful Italian cookies for the first time in US.
