Collection: Novello Olive Oil

We are proud to share a limited run of Novello (Novello is Italian for new) olive oil, a first pressing of the olive harvest. Just arrived to the US, we have a Novello from some of our favorite producers.

What's so special about this Novello EVOO? It is the first time this first-pressing oil has made it to the US! You must get a bottle. It is FRESH, pressed less than a month ago from the first green olives of the harvest, a bottled celebration of the new harvest season.

Unfiltered, this type of oil is thick and has big flavor, great for dipping, drizzled on bruschetta, pureed into dips, and over pasta. It is meant to be enjoyed now!

In addition to this years Novello oils we also received a special batch of Le Ferre Selezione Extra Virgin Olive, has been voted the #1 best blend in Italy. It is soft on the palate, has a balanced intensity and buttery finish. There are very few oils up to the caliber of this award winner!
