Founded in 2008 by renowned enologist Mario Ercolino and Roberta Pirone, Nativ is known for honoring the land and native varietals of Campania. From the verdant hills of Paternopoli, where vineyards and olive groves thrive side by side, comes a rare gem: Olivella di Carife — an ancient olive variety scarcely known even in its native region.
This small-production EVOO is pressed from olives grown on Nativ’s tiny, meticulously cultivated plots. Some years, the olives are too rare to harvest — making this limited release a true privilege to taste.
