Aroma: Herbal and slightly earthy Mono varietal, Moraiolo olive oil with an herbal and slightly earthy aroma. Fluid and light on the palate. Fruity, green apple flavor with a slight bitterness. Full peppery finish. Best as a finishing oil. Drizzle on burrata cheese with artichokes and arugula.

Great oil

I was looking for a very light oil for dressing and this is exactly what I wanted. I pair it with the turmeric balsamic vinegar and add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of sugar and it's the best dressing.
