I went through this jar pretty quickly. Mainly, because it just doesn't have that added oomph of flavoring.

I love this stuff

The Michelle Ferrante Lemon Powder and Citrus Powder have become staples in my kitchen - the taste on them is so elegant and pure that I find my self reaching for them often - I use them generously - mixed citrus is especially good with potatoes, fish, and greens - but I find myself using it on other preparations as well because the taste is just so subtle
